 
 Stanley L. Sandner, Founder, President, and CEO of Cadre Resources Ltd. passed away peacefully at his home in Christina Lake BC on March 30, 2009. Born in Greenwood BC, raised and schooled in Christina Lake and Grand Forks BC, Stan attended U.B.C. Where he attained his Masters in Geology.
Stan loved a challenge, and his ongoing dream for Cadre Resources will be his legacy. All of us with Cadre Resources miss him and his guidance.
Cadre is continuing the pursuit of the Bajo Caroni Project. The team Stan assembled is up to the task putting the Stanley L. Sandner name on the project.
